The selection is a general overview of a graphic novel I am currently working on. The book is entitled “Pocas Pulgas” and will be released in serialized form. These are pages from the first issue. The story focuses on the lives of the Castillo family in San Jose, California. As first generation Mexican children try to find a place for themselves in American culture, they are brought back to their roots through their mother’s home cooked meals.
